EMERSON REMODEL PROJECT

We designed the Emerson Residence in Dallas as a modern remodel that builds on the character of a 1940s post-war home. The project includes a full renovation and second-story addition that rethinks scale, light, and circulation while preserving the original structure. Our work focuses on modern design strategies rooted in site, proportion, and the lived experience of space — a clear example of how modern architects in Dallas can work within constraints to deliver lasting value.
